Just had my Jeep serviced and these folks did a wonderful job. Damien was an excellent service advisor. He kept me informed every step of the way and answered all my questions. The waiting area was clean, inviting, and professional. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly. I highly recommend. Update: my most recent visit was also excellent. Alicia kept me informed and got me in and out in record time. She answered all my questions, knew exactly what was needed, and advised me on when maintenance should be done next. I feel like they are partners in the proper maintenance of my vehicle.

This has been one of the best truck purchase experiences. I have bought and sold numerous vehicles over the years. I pulled up before they opened and Forrest Stockwell was there and willing to work with me. He was excellent! He worked with me and got me a great deal. He went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of in this process.

Rivers was the best!!! I called about a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee and he went above and beyond and got me approved for a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee!! I finally have my dream SUV what I have been wanting for years… More but they are expensive lol. Rivers made it happen and I would recommend Stivers to anyone looking for a new dependable vehicle. 3 other dealerships had the payments at $800 for the grand Cherokees… oh no no no lol and I have an affordable payment and much cheaper!
