The staff at Stiver's was amazing and worked together to make the process incredibly smooth. Shelby Parker assisted us with the financing portion and was honestly the best I've worked with. Likewise, Jay Gregory was an amazing salesman and helped us through the process in a very personable, no-nonsense way.

While I have had issues contacting them for an appointment. I did finally get one for an oil change, tires rotated and I had a tire pressure sensor issue. They reset the sensor, which had been done before, however we need to follow a plan. I left the dealership headed home the sensor went out so I returned to Stivers and Damian was glad I came right back. Replaced and back out in 30 minutes. EXCELLENT customer care! Thank you Damian and thank you Stivers!

Rivers was the best!!! I called about a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee and he went above and beyond and got me approved for a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee!! I finally have my dream SUV what I have been wanting for years… More but they are expensive lol. Rivers made it happen and I would recommend Stivers to anyone looking for a new dependable vehicle. 3 other dealerships had the payments at $800 for the grand Cherokees… oh no no no lol and I have an affordable payment and much cheaper! Definitely worth the drive from Smiths Station! The salesman Brian was really nice and made the process quick and easy! He had the vehicle ready to go for me when I arrived.
