This was an awesome experience from beginning to end! Austin was a great salesman and very nice person very friendly as well as Justin and Shelby Parker. When selling me my 2020 Volkswagen Tiguan. When I recently came about a week ago to trade it in CJ Calhoun help me out and put me in my now 2025 Jeep Cherokee. When I say he did his big on, he definitely did. Great salesman and he did an amazing job.These are the four people you want to see if you want a car. The customer service was great! I was not disappointed at all and you won't be either.

We bought our Jeep Compass here in April, and now by June the transmission pump went out. Jeep gave me a huge hassle about a rental/loaner, and another dealership said it would take at least 1 week juat to diagnose it but let me tell you AUSTIN here at Stivers, he's amazing! He not only got us a car to drive back home, but somehow he must have managed to get my transmission pump fixed in an hour. We drove over an hour in our loaner, got home, and had the call that it was already done. Thats crazy. JEEP is a pain in the butt, but Stivers will make it happen!

We had an exceptional experience at Stivers. We live out of state, and Micah and Austin worked with us before coming out, unlike most dealerships you deal with. MIcah shot live videos of the car and answered all of our questions. They offered us a fair price on our trade and our purchase. When we arrived they stood by their word and made the transaction seamless. I highly recommend working with these gentleman, and this dealership. We are extremely happy.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!!! I went to a competitor in Clanton first then went to Stivers CDJR. Take my advice and just go straight to Stivers CDJR in Prattville, AL and find Jay Gregory. He showed me many options and help me make a decision on a 2024 Ram 2500. After the sale Shelby Parker reached out to make sure everything was perfect and I can say it was more than perfect. My wife recently bought a beautiful Dodge Challenger from Micah at Stivers in Prattville. Her experience was amazing and it didn’t take long, a couple weeks, and I was on the prowl for a truck.
