Just had my Jeep serviced and these folks did a wonderful job. Damien was an excellent service advisor. He kept me informed every step of the way and answered all my questions. The waiting area was clean, inviting, and professional. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly. I highly recommend. Update: my most recent visit was also excellent. Alicia kept me informed and got me in and out in record time. She answered all my questions, knew exactly what was needed, and advised me on when maintenance should be done next. I feel like they are partners in the proper maintenance of my vehicle.

You had my truck for a month waiting for a part. At my first visit your service advisor Damien was honest and up front with me about the challenges that ge knew were coming. I’m not happy with the fact that the EVB failed, it took a month to get one in or that it cost so much, but your service department couldn’t have been more courteous and professional. They did everything they could to make a very difficult situation not so bad. Thanks to Damien and the others, including one of the service technicians I talked to in the parking lot, for being patient with me when you knew, I was getting impatient.

Mom takes her Dodge Durango to be serviced at Stivers CDJR in Prattville. She wasnt pleased with service at the Sons Auto service department in Montgomery. She made the switch to Stiver CDJR and never looked back. The latest experience with the transmission trouble on the Durango has been fixed. Thanks goes out to Damien Tyler our Service Advisor. Damien Tyler was my service advisor. He has always taken good care of me. Stivers has taken good care of me in Prattville with my Ram truck. They took good care of me in Montgomery with my Ford that I had before the Ram. My Windshield Washer Line came disconnected. They fixed it for me while I waited.

When my van was messed up and needed repair my advisor Damien Tyler was fast at getting a estimate to my insurance and loaned me and my kids a very nice truck to make sure I didn’t miss work in the process STIVERS EMPLOYEES ARE AMAZING!!!

Mark and Damien and the crew got the part my Challenger needed and installed it within a couple days of my dropping the car off. They even hooked me up with a Jeep Gladiator as a loaner. Was certainly not unhappy. I actually wish they'd have taken longer so I could play around in the Gladiator more. John

I had a problem with my Jeep Wrangler and set up an appointment with Stivers. My service advisor Damien Tyler met me as I drove my Jeep into the service bay. He explained the situation, showed me the nice waiting area and asked me if I needed anything else. Damien kept me informed of the work being done while I waited. In a couple of hours my Jeep was repaired and ready to go. The people at Stivers were very courteous and made the experience a pleasant one.
