I decided to go back to see Micah when I need to get a company truck. Once again, Micah was great to work with, along with Shelby Parker and the rest of their team. I woke up Thursday morning not having the best day when My 2020 Jeep Cherokee started spewing oil And I needed to get My kids to school and get to work. I called Stivers before they opened and somebody picked up with a friendly attitude. They recommended I use Powell Wrecker Service. And within 15 minutes, My vehicle was being towed to the dealership. Damien Was my service provider and he took such good care of me getting my vehicle into the shop and providing a loaner car even though I was told I may not get one. My kids were late only by an hour and I was able to get to work smoothly. It took less time than I ever expected and am so appreciative. Hope finished up The service by keeping me informed and letting me know exactly what happened in the cost of it. Shelby did a great job making sure that everything ran smoothly for me. I was so impressed by the efficiency of this team and how well they provided service for my little hiccup in the day. I'll definitely recommend them to anyone having problems with their vehicle.

I recently made a phone call to STIVERS CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM. I spoke with Service Advisor Damien Tyler, listing a number of things needing attention on my 2018 Dodge Ram. Damien accurately listed my requests and set up my appointment at a satisfactory time. When I arrived at my appointment, I was met by Service Manager Hope Connor, substituting for Damien who was not available due to illness. Hope quickly reviewed my Ram’s service needs and assigned the work to technicians. All requested service was performed in a timely and satisfactory manner. I am well pleased with the technical expertise and the conscientiousness of the staff at Stivers.
