We had a great buying experience with Chandler Farmer and the Stivers Team. Chandler set up a visit after we contacted Stivers CDJR to look at a truck we saw online. The truck ended up not fitting some of our needs and Chandler was great. No pressure or hard selling tactics. She didn’t try to just sell us something. She listened to what we wanted and took us to their rear lot and allowed us to look at what they had while answering any questions we had about individual trucks. It was impressive how knowledgeable she was on the trucks. We found one that we wanted to take a closer look at and she got the keys for a test drive. Still, no pressure. We really liked the truck and Stivers offered us a very good deal on it. We had been to about 10 different dealers over the previous month and Stivers had the truck we wanted at a much better price than any other dealer came close to. It was a deal too good to pass up. Joe Scrivner and the finance office got us a great rate that even our personal bank could not match. The buying process was simple, easy, and straightforward with no twists. Shelby Parker followed up with us to ensure that we had a great experience and had no issues or complaints. It was well worth the 2 hour drive. We will definitely be back when we are looking for our next truck and would recommend Chandler Farmer and the Stivers CDJR Team to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. We love the new truck.

I couldn't be more thrilled with the team that helped me at Stivers in Prattville. I needed a truck with a greater towing capacity than the Ram1500 offered. They got me into a new Ram 2500 with a Cummins turbo diesel at an excellent price.
