We live in Orange Beach. After looking locally for a new vehicle, and getting the run around by 3 dealerships, we contacted Stivers CDJR. Rivers immediately sent a personalized video of the vehicle we were interested in. We asked for an OTD price which he sent within 15 minutes. The OTD deal he offered beat our local dealerships’ prices. We agreed to the price and drove 3 hours the next day to pick up our new Grand Cherokee L. I can’t emphasize the level of professionalism that Rivers and the staff at Stivers showed to us. They had the paperwork ready, and after a few signatures, we were back on the road in less than an hour. I highly recommend Stivers CDJR and Rivers when shopping for a new vehicle, especially if you live along the Gulf coast. They are the best! They are honest! They are worth the drive!

Rivers was fantastic! He helped us purchase our very first truck in 2023 and we wanted to upgrade to a 2025 RAM but only had about 2 hours to look, test drive, get financing approved and finalize trade! Rivers Herring, the salesman and Shelby Parker in finance, really wanted me to get the vehicle I wanted. When my bother bought a Jeep Gladiator, I fell in love with his and wanted one too. I am from the Birmingham area and the dealer I talked with in this area wouldn't respond and kept me hanging. My brother referred me to Stivers (where he bought his), and the rest is history. They actually responded to me. Rivers allowed data through text messages while I worked which was a BIG time saver. I appreciate the help to get me in the gladiator. I would like to thank Shelby and Rivers for being the first point of contact that helped me decide to come in. Shelby contacted me to make sure all my questions and concerns was answered. Devin asked which vehicle I liked and let metook it out on a test drive. He also worked with the financial team to help me get the financing I needed.
